Microcurrent uses low level electrical current to trigger the body’s natural skin enhancement chemicals at a cellular level. Muscle Re-education, the process of lengthening or shortening muscles, is known as “facial toning.” The procedure sends a current to lift and re-educate muscles. In order to be effective, a session every 7-10 days for 6-7 weeks is recommended and an additional maintenance session every 1-2 months. Contraindications for Microcurrent include: cardiac pacemakers, epilepsy, metal implants, skin irritation, and pregnancy.
